I'm a product designer based in Lisbon with experience in finance and CX that now are in love with creating minimalist designs that take accessibility seriously.

I’m Isabella— a product designer with experience in finance and CX. I care a lot about a design that takes accessibility seriously. Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.

I have 4 years of experience in areas such as Investor Relations and Customer Success, in which had direct contact with different types of users: investors, shareholders, and financial professionals. All of them were looking for ease in disclosing information about their companies in an agile and intuitive way.

I was responsible for understanding what these users were looking for and actively worked to help them with their journey in the best possible way.

During 2022, I decided to dedicate myself to UX/UI design, refining the knowledge I applied in my day-to-day life and including new specific knowledge in the area. Therefore, I could have a complete view of my client's journey and the possibility of participating in new stages in creating increasingly complete solutions.
